Paleo Banana Bread Overnight Oats

A Paleo take on a classic flavor. These grain-free overnight oats are just the recipe to get you out of your breakfast rut. Full of healthy fats and natural plant protein they are the perfect meal to start your day with.

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana smashed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecan, almond, or walnut flour finely diced nuts
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea or Himalayan salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Smash your banana in your jar or container.
  • Add all additional ingredients. Mix well.
  • Put into refrigerator overnight or for at least one hour.
  • When ready to eat serve with additional bananas or nut butter. You could also top it with whatever you like on your oatmeal.
