Not only is this the creamiest smoothie but it has a punch of protein and a special secret ingredient for your veggie serving! It has all the things your smoothie needs…fruit, veggies, good fats, fiber, and protein. Minus all the junky sugar, dairy, and gluten.

For those that have not been putting frozen cauliflower into your smoothies yet…what are you waiting for! It is my secret ingredient to boost smoothies for my kids and myself. Not only do your kids not notice that their smoothie is full of veggies but it does not change the color of the smoothie. So no complaining that it is a strange color. It is also tasteless in the smoothie. Cauliflower is full of vitamin C and K and has fiber.

I struggle with inflammation caused by Hashimoto’s so fiber is important because it feeds the healthy bacteria in your gut that help reduces inflammation and promote digestive health. I add dates in for sweetness which are also loaded with fiber as well. I add in collagen peptides for my protein. Collagen peptides is great for your skin health, your joints, and building muscle.

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or for an afternoon pick me up! This recipe makes 2 large smoothie servings.
